Chapter 23
Life needs truth to continue

Time is getting closer and closer for their new baby to be born. They have been praying for it even before the birth. They want their baby to be given to the Lord as a love offering to him for what he has done and they ask him to help them to raise their baby in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. So that they can implant the truth within him at an early age that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. That fear is a revential, holy fear that should come across to anyone that would dare sin against a holy, all-powerful, pure God. They know that his character is so much to do with love that he is called love but they also understand that his love without his justice isn't worth talking about. That is like so many Christians today that are fellowshipping with the unfruitful works of darkness and calling it love, unity which is a joke. They know that unity without truth is stupidity. To pretend that divisions in doctrine aren't important is the height of ignorance. They know that they cannot fellowship with those who are in darkness such as the Roman Catholics, the Mormons, the Jehovah's Witnesses, those who are caught up in the cults. They have a different Jesus, a different plan of salvation, a different bible, on and on it goes. If the foundation is wrong there can be no true unity. It will be plastic, artificial and it will be seen for what it is in time.

Joe and Cindy are seeing clearer and clearer as the days, weeks, and months go back just how much their heavenly Father loves them. Cindy felt the baby kick within her and her mind goes to John the Baptist leaping for joy when he was in his mother's womb at the time that he was in the presence of the woman who was bearing Jesus, his Lord. Cindy says, "Joe, do you think my baby is getting into our worship with us?" Joe looks towards Cindy and says, "Jesus said, 'Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven,'" as far as she knew, he was totally serious. He then said, "You know, honey! Children can see God in the things around us easier than most adults can. As time passes and people mature, they seem to harden their hearts to the truth that it evident all around them such as the things we see in nature, the heavens, water, etc. The seed is such a simple looking thing and how many things have the scientists created out of nothing as God did? They only get the seed from the tree or the animal, or whatever produces the seed.

It is like the question that has been put forth that is supposedly deep, 'Which came first the chicken or the egg?' That would be a tough one if you believed in evolution and since they don't have answers on anything else, they do not have answers to that question but as a Christian, we know that God created all animals, man, etc. in a full grown state at the beginning and then they reproduced. Honey, think about it, the Creator of life actually allowed us to play a part in his creative acts, to be co-creators with him, so to speak. He has given us the capability to have offspring, children that are a part of us. That is cool and so many are seeking to keep the gifts of God out of their lives by birth control, abortion, and other methods. What a sick joke and a slap in the face of God." Cindy looks down at her stomach area. "Joe, I will never forget how close I came to having my own baby killed and how the Lord worked it out when he saw my repentance and how he miraculously delivered me and he didn't owe me anything. I praise him over and over for that Joe and I will praise him for all eternity for delivering me from the very jaws of death for eternity. He delivered me, bought me with his very own blood. The blood of God! Can you comprehend that Joe? God who is a Spirit and is everywhere present actually came in human flesh to save mankind, the highest creatures within his creation! Joe, can you imagine the love that he has for us? Can you imagine it to much of a degree, Joe! My brain seems like it wants to crack when I dwell on it very long. My finite mind cannot comprehend such an infinite act of love. Joe, I feel faint just talking about it. It is too much for me, Joe, too much!" Joe walks over to Cindy and puts his arms around her. "I know what you mean Cindy! I know what you mean."

Joe's mind goes back to Clyde. Clyde told me once, "Joe, the Almighty God of the bible, the one who created this universe tells me in his most holy word, 'Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.' Joe, the more that he reveals to me the things that he is putting within my spirit as I meditate on him, his word, his very life within mine, the more that I want to go be with him. He is everything to me, Joe. I am not satisfied with just tasting and seeing that the Lord is good. I want a full meal. Jesus is the bread of life and the more I feed, the more I want of him. Joe, I will be with him soon but not soon enough.'" Joe's eyes are watering, "Cindy, Clyde is with the Lord now and 'the not soon enough' is gone from his memory. He is in the very presence of the one who gave his life so that he could live and gave his life for us too Cindy, so we can live! He is the all together lovely one!" Silence then took hold of both of them and they entered in together but separately into the throne room of the Almighty God. A place where they were feeling more and more comfortable in as time went on.
