A Mess!
When you hear someone say that they believe in the inerrant,
infallible word of God, ask them where is it. I taught the word
from 6 or 7 'versions' of the bible for a few years and I couldn't believe all the contradictions, the confusion that exists in the 'new'
bibles. They are a mess. They helped to lead the body of Christ
into the mess that they are in today also. I believe one of the
major reasons that we see the apostasy taking place to the degree
that it is today is because of the bible perversions. There is no
unity in the body of Christ because there is no unity in the
book[s] that we claim came from the Lord. Jesus said that we are
sanctified through his word and his word or should I say his so-called
word isn't sanctified then how can we be. If I read
something in one version and I see something else in another
version then there is a problem. Which is true? That is one of
the reasons for this Page is to help us answer that question.
Which Bible is the true Bible? Are they all true and if not,
why not? Many others have said what they were programmed to say.
Are Christians going the same route? Are we going to parrot a preacher or a so-called bible scholar because he says that all of them are the word of God or are we going to study and find out for ourselves as God commands us to do? We need to know the answer to those questions and just saying that we have the inerrant word of God isn't good enough. The Mormons say that they have the true word of God "so far as it is correctly translated". Christian preachers are sayig the same AND MOSY of them do NOT believe in the pure word of God in their language. So if we can just mouth it then so can they as well as the Roman Cathlics, Jehovah's Witnesses and many other cults. We are doing what the cults are doing, updating, changing, adding to and taking from the book that we claim is God's word. WHY?
